The portal told The Negotiator that: “We’ve removed them from Rightmove and are reviewing their membership”. As this article was being published Top Gaff’s listing remained suspended.Top Gaff’s website until yesterday had the answer ‘nope’ published prominently in answer to its self-penned question ‘Is Top Gaff an estate agent?’, but the company has since modified this.It now says: “Top Gaff is subject to the ICO data protection regulations and the UK Property Misdescriptions Act in the same way as traditional Estate Agents and as such takes the responsibility for reviewing all property submissions and photos before uploading properties to the Rightmove platform as a commercial user of their services.”Free serviceTop Gaff says its free service enables consumers to upload properties to the service in just 10 minutes, but says that before the listing goes live on Rightmove it will be reviewed  by Top Gaff prior to publication and are typically live within 24 hours.The company says its service will be totally free to use and expects to monetise the service later when it will offer additional services, and through industry partnerships.   Rightmove Top Gaff March 6, 2019Nigel LewisWhat’s your opinion?
