Solicitor Brendan Twomey applied for a drinks license for the hotel this morning.Mr Twomey said his client, a Mr McCarthy, had been called to England on urgent business. He added that the sale had only been completed last week.Judge Paul Kelly said he would need to hear evidence from the new owner in court and adjourned the matter until May 20th.
